About The Role

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will support the Growth team in executing, monitoring,



analysing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in paid acquisition, campaign management, reporting, and analysis. You should be comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, campaign data, and creative performance insights.

You’ll work closely with the Growth, Creative, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to help improve acquisition efficiency, scale campaigns, and support growth experiments across global markets.

?What You’ll Do:

Support campaign execution and optimization across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and others.
Assist with campaign setup, QA, budget checks, tracking hygiene, UTM checks, and daily campaign monitoring.
Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, trials, signups, activations, and paid conversions
