Role Overview :
We are looking for a self-driven Product Manager who combines strong AdTech expertise with commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a passion for building scalable monetization solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning business outcomes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using AI as a core productivity and decision-making tool. B Tech in Computers/IT and MBA from a Tier 1/2 college preferred. A dynamic and data-driven Product Manager – Ad Tech & Ad Monetisation to drive revenue growth through effective monetisation strategies, ad technology optimization, and yield management. This role will be responsible for driving end to end advertiser ecosystem, revenue growth, product roadmap, and Ad Operations while working closely with Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Business teams across different Ad Tech based products of ENIL.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV 360, programmatic & direct monetization, ad operation, yield optimization, analytics and revenue optimization,



along with a product mindset and the ability to lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Monetisation Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategies to maximize advertising revenue across digital platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve ad yield, fill rates, eCPM, CTR, and overall monetisation performance.
Analyze revenue trends and build actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
Drive experiments around ad placements, formats, pricing, and audience segmentation.
Work closely with business teams to identify new monetisation opportunities.
Ad Tech Management & Optimisation
Manage and optimize the complete ad tech stack including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, mediation platforms, and analytics tools.
Own integrations and performance optimization with advertising partners.
Monitor ad delivery, troubleshooting issues related to tracking, latency, fill rates, and revenue leakage.
