Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Consultant will meet and engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, preparing and delivering sales presentations, maintaining client records, and following up to close deals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on local market trends, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.



The consultant will also support client training and guidance on real estate processes, providing clear and professional advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Demonstrated Sales experience with the ability to manage leads, pitch offerings, and meet or exceed targets.
Effective Negotiation skills to facilitate fair agreements between buyers and sellers.
Experience in Training clients or team members on property processes, documentation, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain organized records.
Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for reporting and client management.
