How You Will Contribute

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in cost transformation, zero-based reviews (ZBR), process reengineering, and performance benchmarking across G&A; functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Procurement, or Shared Services. The candidate will support clients in strategic evaluation projects with a focus on cost take-out and enterprise value optimization.

Lead and support Zero-Based Reviews (ZBR) to assess baseline operations and identify value unlock opportunities
Conduct end-to-end process reviews and spearhead process reengineering initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance throughput
Perform efficiency and benchmarking analyses across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, IT, and Shared Services
Develop cost optimization roadmaps with clear KPIs, value tar
