Job Description :

Location: Pune
Skills Required-
Lead the implementation and deployment of MBSE solutions using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Define and establish MBSE methodologies, frameworks, processes, and governance standards across engineering programs.
Capture, manage, and maintain stakeholder, customer, system, and subsystem requirements.
Develop and manage system architectures, functional decompositions, interface definitions, and behavior models.
Create and maintain SysML-based system models, logical architectures, and design traceability structures.
Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, functions, systems, design artifacts, simulations, tests, and validation results.
Integrate MBSE processes with ENOVIA, CATIA, SIMULIA, and Requirements Management applications.
Support system analysis activities including trade studies, impact analysis, risk assessment, and design decision management.
Establish verification and validation (V&V;)



plans aligned with system requirements and compliance objectives.
Collaborate with systems, mechanical, electrical, software, simulation, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams.
Manage configuration control, change management, and versioning of system models and requirements.
Support digital twin and digital thread initiatives through model-centric engineering practices.
Conduct customer workshops, process assessments, and solution demonstrations.
Develop MBSE implementation roadmaps and maturity improvement strategies.
Support migration from document-centric engineering approaches to model-based engineering environments.
Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance on MBSE tools and best practices.
Create functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Support global PLM and digital engineering transformation programs.
