Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AWS QuickSight Developer with 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS QuickSight, SQL, and data warehousing technologies to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight.
Create executive dashboards, KPI reports, drill-down analytics, and scheduled reports.
Develop and manage datasets for productive reporting and analytics.
Optimize SPICE datasets for improved dashboard performance and scalability.
Implement dashboard security, including user permissions and data access controls.
Perform dashboard performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Integrate data from Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL, and other supported data sources.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards.
Support dashboard enhancements, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight.
Experience with SPICE dataset creation and optimization.
Strong SQL programming skills.
Experience with Amazon Redshift.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of dashboard security, access management, and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Athena.
Experience with AWS Glue.
Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields in QuickSight.
Experience implementing Row Level Security (RLS).
Experience with QuickSight Dashboard Embedding.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and data analytics best practices.
