Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HR to lead the people function across both our corporate office and retail network. This role will lead and build scalable people systems, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performance culture across diverse employee groups. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of managing frontline retail teams and corporate talent, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What you'll do
Lead and execute a people strategy aligned with business growth plans
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on org design, workforce planning, and succession
Build scalable HR systems for a multi-location retail footprint
Talent Acquisition (Corporate + Retail)
Design hiring strategy for: Corporate (marketing, operations, finance, product, etc.) and Retail functions
Build a solid employer brand across retail and corporate talent markets
Performance & Capability:
Build performance management systems suitable for:



Frontline retail staff (target-driven roles)and Corporate functions (goal & outcome-driven roles)
Drive manager capability development.
Manage large-scale frontline workforce challenges: Attrition control, Manpower
planning, Incentive frameworks, Attendance & compliance
Ensure statutory compliance across states (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, etc.)

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading the HR function, ideally at a mid-stage, high-growth company
Proven ability to manage both retail / frontline workforce and corporate teams
Strong exposure to multi-location environments and the complexity that comes with scale
Hands-on experience in org design and building HR systems, processes, and frameworks from scratch
Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
A builder — someone who has set up the people function, not just inherited one
