HR-Centric Agent Creation & Build: Act as the critical bridge between HR business needs and AI execution.
Leverage your deep understanding of the People space to translate specific HR business requirements into functional, custom AI solutions using Workday Custom and Google Gemini Enterprise agents.
HR Process Re-architecture: Leverage your HR domain expertise to map complex, traditional People processes and re-architect them into highly efficient, multi-step agentic workflows that optimize operational efficiency and enhance the quality of process execution.
Context-Aware Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and continuously refine system prompts with a deep understanding of tone, communication standards, and policy nuance. Utilize advanced prompt engineering to ensure all AI agents provide accurate, contextually appropriate, and highly secure responses grounded in trusted enterprise HR data.
System Maintenance & Employee Experience Assurance: Own the ongoing health and reliability of the HR AI ecosystem. Conduct rigorous testing on recent agents specifically from an end-user (e
