? Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with solid expertise in MIS Reporting, Power BI, and Excel analytics. The candidate will be responsible for building interactive dashboards, performing data analysis, and generating actionable insights to support business decision-making.
? Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field
2.5 – 5 years of experience in MIS reporting / Data Analysis
Hands-on experience in Power BI and Excel
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

? Technical Skills
Intermediate proficiency in Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Data Models)
Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
Good understanding of data analysis and reporting frameworks
? Analytical Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights
➕ Preferred / Optional Skills
Knowledge of SQL / data querying
Experience with Power Automate / VBA automation
Exposure to corporate / shared services environment
? Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
Create interactive Power BI dashboards & visualizations
Perform data analysis using Excel (Pivot, formulas, lookups)
Collaborate with business teams for reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality control
Automate recurring reports and workflows
Handle ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis
Identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
Deliver actionable insights for business decision
