Who are we?
Sarha makes sarees for people who actually wear them. Not the once-a-year, wrapped-in-plastic kind of the Banarasi you save for your cousin's wedding and the muslin you throw on for a Tuesday meeting. Silk, cotton, georgette, linen, Paithani weaves. Heritage prints, work wear, Up-to-date Muse, Sarha Diva. We're a B2B2C brand with a lot of ground still to cover on social. That's where you come in.
What you'll actually be doing?
Make things. Reels, carousels, static posts, short-form video, the occasional illustration. You'll shoot on your phone and edit on your laptop. Concept to publishing, you own it.

Write things. Product copy, hooks, CTAs, the odd blog post. Captions that don't sound like every other saree page. If you can write one line that makes someone stop scrolling and tap "shop now," you're already ahead.
Watch things. Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, whatever the platform of the month is. You'll tell us what worked, what flopped, and more importantly why.



We want opinions backed by numbers, not screenshots of reach.
Talk to people. ORM: comments, DMs, reviews. You'll be the brand's voice that sounds like a warm, well-dressed friend.
Find people. Influencer and creator outreach with sourcing, seeding, negotiating, tracking. From the 8K-follower saree stylist to the drape tutorial creator. You'll build the list.
Stay curious. Trends, what other apparel brands are doing well, what's showing up on fashion feeds. Basic market research on what's selling, what customers keep asking for.
You'll fit right in if…
● You have 2–4 years doing social and content, ideally for a consumer brand (fashion, beauty, lifestyle or anything where the visual is the product)
● You can shoot and edit a Reel yourself. Canva, Figma, whatever your use
● You write well in English and speak Hindi. Knowing Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada is a bonus, not a liability
● You can read an analytics dashbo
