Position Summary
The Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Security will be responsible for designing, managing, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role will lead infrastructure operations, cybersecurity initiatives, technology projects, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
This position requires a hands-on leader with robust technical expertise, people management skills, and experience in building secure and resilient technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
Lead the design,



implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, databases, and end-user computing.
Manage hybrid environments including on-premises servers / Overall IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems.
Oversee infrastructure capacity planning and technology refresh initiatives.
Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and operating procedures.
Information Security & Cybersecurity
Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
Manage security operations including:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Endpoint Security
SIEM Monitoring
Network Security
Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
Incident Response
Security Awareness Programs
Lead risk assessments and security audi
