Job Summary:




We are looking for a UX Researcher based in Gurgaon to help True Balance generate context-rich insights from Indian users and translate those insights into decision-ready recommendations and product priorities.
This role will focus on understanding user behavior across trust, adoption barriers, financial comprehension, language realities, and fintech product journeys. The researcher will run end-to-end UX research, including in-depth interviews, moderated usability testing, concept tests, and contextual inquiries.
The researcher will work closely with Product, Design, Data, CS, Risk, and Operations teams to refine problem framing, support product decisions, and help drive adoption through actionable user insights.
