Role Expectations

Collaborate with US-based civil engineers on land development and site design projects.
Assist in preparing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management designs, and utility routing.
Perform engineering calculations and ensure technical accuracy in all design deliverables.
Utilize CAD software to develop detailed construction drawings and design documentation
Adapt quickly to international project requirements, workflows, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in civil site engineering, land development, or structural site design. (Less experienced candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering design software.
Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verb
