Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bilaspur. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote Stepwise Finvesco’s wealth management solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings, understanding client financial needs, and collaborating with advisory teams to propose suitable solutions. The role involves preparing presentations and proposals, tracking and reporting business development activities, and supporting marketing initiatives and events to increase brand visibility. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform growth strategies and contribute to achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.
