About Pure Nutrition Pure Nutrition is a fast-growing premium health & wellness brand. We create science-backed nutraceutical and ayurvedic products for immunity, women’s health, kids’ nutrition, and anti-aging.
We’re looking for a Trainer who can build product experts. Someone who understands both the science of supplements and the art of selling in pharmacy, contemporary trade, and to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Training & Science Communication
· Train internal sales team, field force, and distributors on Pure Nutrition product portfolio: ingredients, benefits, USPs, dosage, and contraindications.
· Simplify complex nutraceutical and ayurvedic science into easy, consumer-friendly language
· Conduct product certification programs for pharmacy staff, chemists,



and modern trade promoters
2. Sales Enablement & Field Coaching
· Ride with sales team in pharmacy and retail outlets. Coach on objection handling, need-based selling, and upselling
· Develop training modules, pitch decks, and SOPs for different channels: GT, MT, Pharmacy
· Improve conversion and average bill value through on-ground training
3. Content & Training Material Development
· Create training manuals, product monographs, comparison charts vs competitors
· Develop videos, reels, and e-learning modules for onboarding new hires, Own the product knowledge base and keep it updated with new launches
· Build monthly training calendar and report ROI to Marketing & Sales Head
What We’re Looking For
· 4–6 years as a Product Trainer / Medical Rep Trainer / Sales Trainer in Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, FMCG Health, or Pharma
· Strong understanding of vitamins, minerals, herbal actives, ayurvedic formulations, and supplement
