Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage robust IT infrastructure environments for mission-critical government applications.
Establish and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure architecture.
Plan, implement, and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity solutions.
Design and support Data Centre (DC) and Disaster Recovery Centre (DRC) infrastructure.
Manage virtualization platforms, server clustering, storage systems, backup solutions, and network services.
Monitor system performance, utilization, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operations.
Implement infrastructure security controls aligned with industry standards and government guidelines.
Support infrastructure audits, compliance assessments, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation activities.
Coordinate with application, database, security, and network teams for seamless infrastructure operations.
Review infrastructure architecture and recommend modernization, optimization, and scalability improvements.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, network diagrams,



DR plans, and operational reports.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), security policies, and governance frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure planning, deployment, and management.
Experience in large-scale Government IT/e-Governance projects, including at least one IFMS (Integrated Financial Management System) project.
Proven experience in establishing and managing:
Data Centres (DC)
Disaster Recovery Centres (DRC)
Virtualization Platforms
High Availability (HA) and Clustering Solutions
Enterprise Network Infrastructure
Backup and Recovery Systems
Robust understanding of:
Infrastructure Architecture
