Position Overview:
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ITSM Project Head to lead strategic IT Service Management transformation initiatives across the organization.



This role will partner closely with the Head of IT Service & Operations to drive enterprise-wide delivery across four critical domains:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
Enterprise Observability
Service Desk & IT Asset Management
As the senior delivery owner, you will be responsible for defining programme strategy, governance, implementation roadmaps, and operational excellence while ensuring successful integration of new platforms into the existing technology landscape. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic vendor relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and establish scalable IT service processes aligned with ITIL best practices.

Lead multiple concurrent enterprise transformation programmes across ITSM, IDAM, Observability, and Service Operations.
