l Do✅ Manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA countries, primarily Spain, Belgium & the
UK.✅ Validate payroll inputs includ

tions* Salary Revi
sions* Variable Pay & Ove
rtime* Benefits & Deduc
tions* Leave & Atten
dance✅ Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with country-specific statutory and labor regulat
ions.✅ Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless payroll operat
ions.✅ Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting, and payroll sign-
offs.✅ Resolve employee payroll queries within SLA and support payroll audits, transitions, and continuous process improvem
ents.
What We're Looki
ng For✔ 4–6 years of hands-on experience in EMEA Pa
yroll.✔ Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements for Spain, Belgium &am;
p; UK.✔ Experience with payroll vendors, HRIS/Payroll systems, and payroll reconcilia
