Dialogues India is a niche Architectural and Interior Design event platform curated by internationally acclaimed architect Sanjay Puri and organized by Ridhima Prabhu. Hosted exclusively in historic palace hotels across India, Dialogues brings together celebrated architects and designers from India and abroad with selected innovative product companies. Each three-day edition features engaging talks, a product design initiative called Spade showcasing signature designs, and structured one-on-one business meetings between designers and sponsoring product company leaders. Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Goregaon. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential sponsoring product companies, nurture relationships with existing partners,



and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing event sponsorships. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing sales proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with the event operations and marketing teams to align sponsorship packages with event offerings, ensuring sponsors’ expectations are met. The Sales Executive will represent Dialogues India professionally at meetings and events, promoting the value of participation to prospective sponsors and partners.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, ideally in events, architecture, design, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
