Key Responsibilities

Perform dissolution testing of pharmaceutical products, especially injectables, as per approved specifications and methods
Handle and operate analytical instruments such as UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus
Prepare and standardize solutions, reagents, and media required for analysis
Ensure proper documentation of test results in compliance with GMP/GLP requirements
Review analytical data and report results accurately
Maintain calibration and routine checks of laboratory instruments
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Assist in method validation, method transfer, and stability studies
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results
Coordinate with production and QA teams for sample analysis and release
