Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Technical Recruiter (Team Lead)



to drive our engineering and product hiring initiatives while mentoring a growing team of talent professionals. In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our most critical technical roles while stepping up to lead, train, and guide junior recruiters and sourcers.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven talent advisor who deeply understands the technology landscape, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting (Player)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, SRE, Product Management).
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent using advanced techniques (e.g., Boolean, GitHub, StackOverflow, X-Ray searching).
