Primary Responsibilities

Training Program Design & Development

Deliver role-based training programs tailored to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams with emphasis on hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and case studies
Facilitate high-impact in-person and virtual training workshops with 15-40 participants, delivering engaging, interactive sessions that promote active learning and knowledge retention
Lead cross-functional team training programs focused on establishing high-performing Agile teams, improving collaboration, and strengthening team dynamics




Adapt training content and delivery methods based on audience expertise level, organizational context, and specific business challenges
Deliver training through multiple formats including multi-day intensive workshops, half-day sessions, virtual instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning experiences
Manage training logistics including participant registration, materials distribution, facility coordination, and post-training follow-up

Coaching, Mentoring & Application Support

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individuals to help them understand and apply Agile principles within their specific organizational context
Partner with participants post-training to address implementation challenges and reinforce learning through practical application

Learning Outcomes & Effectiveness

Assess participant learning through pre/post training assessments, practical demonstrations, and certification examinations
