About the role
You'll be the creative force behind our founder's personal brand — the person who turns her point of view, expertise and personality into content that people remember. This is a rare role that sits at the intersection of storytelling, social media, PR and personal branding. You won't just write; you'll shape how one of India's most recognizable voices in women's finance shows up across every channel.
If you're a storyteller at heart, obsessed with narrative and genuinely excited by the craft of building a persona online, this is for you.
What you'll do
Own the founder's personal brand narrative end-to-end — define the voice, the themes, the story arcs, and how they evolve over time.
Script, draft, finalize and execute video content, working hands-on with a production team from concept to final cut.
Write across formats — video scripts, social captions, LinkedIn thought-leadership, talking points, bylines, interview prep and podcast briefs.
Ensure consistent, high-quality coverage across every channel: social media, podcasts, news/PR,
events and owned platforms — and keep that presence well-maintained, not sporadic.
Build and run a content calendar for the founder, staying ahead of moments, trends and conversations worth entering.
Partner with design, video and social teams to bring ideas to life.
What we're looking for
3–5 years in content, copywriting, scriptwriting, social media or communications — bonus if you've handled a personal brand, founder profile or public figure before.
A genuine storyteller: you think in narratives, hooks and human moments, not just deliverables.
Robust writing range — you can move from a punchy Reel script to a considered op-ed without losing the voice.
Comfort owning video from script through shoot to publish and coordinating a team to get there.
Sharp instinct for what works on each platform.
Self-driven, organised, and excited by the idea of shaping how someone shows up to the world.
