We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Business Development qualified exclusively from the Commercial Interior Fit-out, Design & Build, or Construction industry. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of generating business opportunities and nurturing relationships with Project Managment Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, Corporate Occupiers, Developers, GCCs, and Corporate Real Estate stakeholders.

Candidates will be considered only if they have prior experience in one or more of the following:

Commercial Interior Fit-outs
Design & Build Companies
Architecture & Interior Design Firms
Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Firms
Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Advisory Firms
Commercial Construction / Turnkey Contracting Companies
Office Furniture, Workplace Solutions, Building Materials, MEP, HVAC or allied companies serving the Commercial Interior industry
Candidates with an existing network across Architects, PMCs, Corporate Clients, Developers,



IPCs and Workplace Consultants will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management -
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to position the right solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the business development lifecycle.

Business Development and Oversight -
Identify and develop upcoming Commercial Interior Fit-out, Corporate Workplace, Healthcare, Hospitality and Institutional project opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with Corporate Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, IPCs, Developers and Workplace Consultants.
Track upcoming office expansions, relocations, ref
