ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, business-driven, and energetic marketing skilled to join our small but growing marketing team. This is a strategic individual contributor role you will be the senior marketing force on the ground, who handles design and routine social media tasks and guided at a strategic level.

You must be deeply familiar with the IT industry ecosystem including System Integrators, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and OEM partner marketing and bring hands-on experience in content strategy, LinkedIn-focused social media marketing, event management, and MDF (Market Development Funds) utilisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Writing

Create high-quality technical and business content for LinkedIn, company website, newsletters, email campaigns, and internal communications across all group companies.

Write whitepapers, case studies, blogs, solution briefs, and social media posts tailored to IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and SI audiences.

Develop a consistent brand voice and messaging framework aligned with Esconet’s positioning.





Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex solutions into compelling content.

2. Social Media Strategy & LinkedIn Marketing

Own and drive the LinkedIn strategy for Esconet Technologies and its group companies.

Plan, publish, and optimise content calendars; track engagement and growth KPIs.

Guide and mentor the junior marketing resource on content publishing and basic design tasks.

Leverage LinkedIn Ads, organic campaigns, and employee advocacy programs to drive visibility and inbound interest.

3. Event Management & Vendor Coordination

Plan, manage, and execute industry events, partner summits, webinars, customer roundtables, and roadshows end-to-end.

Liaise with vendors, venues, AV teams, logistics partners, and OEM stakeholders for smooth event delivery.

Drive pre-event promotions and post-event follow-up campaigns in coordination with the sales team.
