Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience and robust expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and Advanced features with exposure to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain.



The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver Oracle Fusion Finance solutions and support onsite project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Financials.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses.
Analyze EPC business processes such as project accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls.
Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, CRPs, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, hyper-care, and post-production support.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user training materials, and business process documentation.
