About The Role & Team

The Accountant is responsible for supporting the GEO Accounting teams in the delivery of core accounting, reporting, and analytical activities. The role provides flexible support across multiple GEOs,



helping Team Leaders manage workload peaks and ensuring timely completion of key finance processes.

The position will act as a shared resource across GEO teams, focusing on common activities and cross-GEO initiatives such as payroll forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting support, process standardization, and other general accounting responsibilities. The Accountant will work closely with Team Leaders and other finance stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with internal policies and controls.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet and suspense accounts and ensure accounts are supported with appropriate documentation and justifiable balances.
Support Team Leaders across GEOs with the preparation and review of account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and follow-up of aged or outstanding items.
Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities, including the delivery of
