Role Purpose
You shall be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful installation of lightning protection system (LPS) in all projects (construction sites Pan India ). The role includes managing manpower, ensuring quality execution, handling billing and commercial aspects, and ensuring compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
A. Project Execution & Planning
Lead end-to-end execution of lightning protection projects from initiation to completion
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation
Ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality standards
B. Site & Installation Management
Supervise installation of lightning arresters, earthing systems, and surge protection systems
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and safety standards
Conduct site reviews and resolve execution challenges
C. Manpower & Contractor Management




Deploy and manage site engineers, supervisors, and technicians
Monitor productivity and optimize manpower utilization
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely work completion
D. Billing & Commercial Responsibilities
Ensure preparation and submission of RA bills and client invoices
Monitor project cost, profitability, and cash flow
Manage variations, change orders, and coordination for collections
E. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and EHS standards
Promote a safe working setting and enforce safety practices
Ensure all site activities comply with company and client safety norms
F. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Ensure quality of installation as per design and technical specifications
Oversee testing, commissioning, and certification processes
Maintain all project documentation including reports and drawings
G. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary poin
