We at Coforge are hiring an experience Guidewire Policy Tester with 4-8 years of experience to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Policy Center, ensuring the quality and reliability of our billing and claims processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively analyze requirements, develop test cases, and execute testing strategies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases for Guidewire Policy Center applications.
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.
Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to implement corrective actions.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA methodologies and Guidewire products.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with Guidewire Policy Center is a must.
Strong knowledge of Policy Center and its functionalities.
Experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
