Job Role
We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to drive user acquisition and user growth for Court Click. The role involves contacting litigants and lawyers through company-provided leads, explaining the platform's features and plans, following up with users, addressing customer queries, resolving user concerns, and converting them into active users.
Job Responsibilities
•Contact litigants and lawyers using leads provided by the company.
•Explain Court Click's features, benefits, and plans.
•Following up with users and assisting them in choosing the most suitable Court Click plan.
•Convert leads into paying users and achieve monthly sales targets.
•Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential users.
•Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings,
conversions, and sales activities
•Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
Job Requirements
•Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
•Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
•Ability to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
•Robust communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•Multilingual communication skills are preferred. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
•Access to a laptop or tablet is required.
•Basic computer and smartphone proficiency is required.
Good To Have
•Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
•Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and performance tracking metrics (KPIs) is a plus.
