As a Service Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Commercial and Corporate customers in the UK Retail Business. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of renewal and new business services, collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, and help shape a future defined by exceptional service.

How you'll make an impact

In this role,



you’ll be the go-to person for Account Executives and Handlers, ensuring seamless support throughout the policy lifecycle. You’ll actively participate in strategic renewal meetings, guide a team of Account Handlers, and take proactive steps to ensure pre- and post-renewal activities are completed on time. By fostering strong relationships with branch staff, you’ll help enhance the overall customer experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
Monitoring and following up on activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Handling queries efficiently to reduce rework.
Collaborating with branches to identify tasks that can be offshored.

About you

You’re a confident communicator with robust interpersonal skills. You thrive in stakeholder management and take ownership of your work. You have a solid understanding of the insurance domain and a knack for logical thinking and decision-making.
