As a Senior Manager – Software Engineering, you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for delivering highly scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions while driving technical excellence, people development, operational efficiency, and client success.
You will partner with Product, Architecture, Business, DevOps, QA,



and Operations teams to deliver pivotal initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic programs, ensuring predictable execution, quality, and on-time
Manage the complete SDLC including planning, estimation, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and production
Drive Agile delivery excellence by managing risks, dependencies, resource planning, and release governance.
Ensure consistency to SDLC, engineering standards, security, compliance, and operational guidelines.
Lead build, enhancement, modernization, migration, and maintenance initiatives across multiple engineering

Work closely with clients and business partners to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable technical
