About the Role

The Product Manager will drive the product lifecycle of i-TEK’s platforms, Edgeware products and RFID/AIDC-enabled solutions. The role will be working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Device & Edge Systems, Sales, Delivery, QA, Marketing and Leadership teams to convert market needs, customer requirements, competitive intelligence and business strategy into transparent product roadmaps, product requirements, release plans and product success metrics. The candidate should bring strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management, market research, competitor analysis, roadmap planning, product documentation and customer-focused product thinking. The role requires strong business understanding, product discipline, analytical capability and sufficient technical understanding to work with enterprise platforms, integrations, RFID/AIDC systems, edge devices, dashboards, APIs and industry-specific workflows.

Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management




Deliver end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept, discovery, requirements, development, release, adoption, feedback and enhancement.
Work with Product Leadership to define product vision, feature priorities, roadmap milestones and release plans.
Maintain product-level documentation including product roadmap, product backlog, feature briefs and roadmap trackers.
Convert market gaps, business inputs and field feedback into structured product requirements.
Ensure configurability, scalability and extensibility of products across the industry domains.
Product Roadmap & Release Planning
Own and maintain feature-level roadmap trackers for different products and associated RFID/AIDC solutions.
Create quarterly roadmap with rolling 4-quarter visibility.
Track feature status, product backlogs and ensure roadmap execution.
Prepare monthly product roadmap updates for internal stakeholders.
