As we continue to scale our offline presence and customer experience functions, we are looking for a high-energy recruiter who can build strong frontline teams that directly impact business growth and customer outcomes.
Your Mission
You will own end-to-end hiring for Offline Operations and Customer Experience (CX) functions, ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard high-quality talent at scale. This role requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring Ownership
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Offline Operations and Customer Experience functions.
Hire for roles including Hair Coaches, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, Customer Experience Associates, Team Leads, Operations Executives,



and other frontline business roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and business priorities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Drive high-volume sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.
Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent within defined timelines.
Conduct market mapping and competitor hiring research to identify talent pools.
Candidate Assessment & Coordination
Screen candidates for communication skills, cultural fit, stability, customer orientation, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and stakeholder follow-ups.
