Role Description The Senior Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this position,



the individual will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, including lead generation, qualification, and closure. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and conducting site visits. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support home loan processing, documentation, and property registration. The Senior Executive Sales Representative will maintain accurate sales reports, meet revenue and conversion targets, provide market insights, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries.
Client relationship management and customer service skills, including the ability to build trust and handle high-value transactions.
