We are seeking a skilled Pressure Die Casting Machine Maintenance technician to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pressure die casting machines to ensure efficient production operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of pressure die casting machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule to minimize downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new die casting machines.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve machine-related issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in maintenance of pressure die casting machines.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing die casting machines.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
