- The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the estimation process for complex joinery and ID fit-out projects. This role involves analyzing project requirements, conducting detailed cost assessments, preparing accurate estimates, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure competitive bids and successful project outcomes.

- Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to understand project requirements, materials, labor, equipment, and timelines for joinery and ID fit-out projects.
- Analyze costs related to materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, overhead expenses, and profit margins to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations,
and proposals for joinery and ID fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client specifications and budget constraints.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and measurements of materials, components, and labor hours required for each project phase. Use estimating software and tools to streamline the process.
- Manage the bid process, including bid tracking, bid submissions, tender evaluations, and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on joinery and fit-out materials, processes, construction methods, and industry standards to support accurate cost assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, designers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather project information, clarify requirements, and develop comprehensive estimates.
