Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Set Designer role based in Agra,



with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Set Designer will conceptualize and design event sets for large-format events and luxury weddings, translating client briefs into detailed layouts, mood boards, and visual presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with production, décor, and lighting teams; preparing design specifications and material lists; and coordinating with fabrication units to ensure designs are practical, secure, and within budget. The role involves visiting sites for measurements, supervising set installation, ensuring design fidelity during setup, and making real-time adjustments as needed. The Set Designer will also work closely with senior management and clients to refine concepts, maintain brand and aesthetic standards, and support post-event documentation for future reference.
