As a Technology Services - Practice Lead, you’ll shape the strategy, delivery, and innovation roadmap for our India Technology Services practice — leading complex AI, data, analytics, and platform modernization initiatives, driving transformation across open-source ecosystems, and partnering with global teams to position Donyati as a leader in next-generation data and AI consulting.
You will also play a key role in building and scaling capabilities across enterprise data strategy, modern data architecture, data engineering, analytics, governance, and AI-enabled transformation.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, guiding client programs, mentoring teams, and defining scalable solutions across the evolving Technology Services landscape.

What You’ll Do




Lead the strategic growth of the Technology Services practice, developing frameworks, methodologies, and governance models that strengthen delivery capability in AI, open-source, cloud, and modern data technologies.
Drive solution innovation across AI/ML, GenAI, open-source frameworks, cloud data platforms, modern application architectures, and enterprise data ecosystems — identifying recent opportunities for modernization and transformation.
Lead complex enterprise data initiatives spanning data architecture, data engineering, data platform modernization, analytics enablement, governance, and reporting transformation.
Define best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data warehouse and lakehouse architecture, metadata management, master data, and data quality across client engagements.
