The Associate/Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating residential mortgage loan files, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
1–5 years of experience in mortgage operations / QC / underwriting support

Basic understanding of:
US Mortgage lifecycle
Income calculation methods
Credit evaluation principles.

Analytical skills




Solid communication skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Knowledge of Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) guidelines
