Position Purpose: Lead the User Access Rights Reconciliation team, ensuring accurate evaluation of access rights between target systems and MyIAM, and ensuring that detection & remediation discrepancies are executed in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role also involves stakeholder management, escalation handling, team management and producing management reports/KPIs on a periodic basis.

Direct Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution the manual reconciliation process, including data extraction, entitlement‑mapping, discrepancy handling and reporting
Oversee the daily activities of team members, assigning work, monitoring progress and ensuring SLA compliance
Identify systemic issues (e.g., recurring orphan accounts) and drive root‑cause analysis and remediation projects
Coach and develop the team, delivering training on Excel techniques, IAM concepts and related security controls
Act as the primary point of contact for application owners, security officers, and the regional IAM teams for all reconciliation‑related matters.
Handle all types of escalations and ensure any blocker or issues are timely addressed
Lead the response to internal/external audit queries related to user‑access reconciliation, providing evidence packs and remediation status reports within the agreed timelines
Contributing Responsibilities
Facilitate periodic governance meetings with the broader IAM community to align on the overall strategy, standards and policies.
Define and maintain a capacity plan, skill matrix, etc. for the reconciliation team and align it with the IAM governance roadmap.
Conduct formal performance appraisals (mid‑year & year‑end), document development goals, and drive improvement plans where needed.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) control framework
Powerful Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros)
