Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong ServiceNow expertise, excellent design thinking capabilities, and hands-on experience in mobile application design and development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver up-to-date enterprise solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to design scalable and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, modern, and responsive user interfaces for ServiceNow applications and enterprise platforms.




Apply strong design thinking methodologies to understand user pain points and create user-centric solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and interactive designs using modern design tools.
Develop and customize UI components within the ServiceNow platform using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders during requirement gathering and solution design.
Ensure consistency in UX standards, branding, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Design and support mobile-first and cross-platform application experiences.
Conduct usability studies, user research, and feedback analysis to improve overall customer experience.
Work with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS/React, and responsive frameworks.
Support ServiceNow integrations and workflow-based UI enhancements.
Drive innovation and recommend best practices in UX/UI standards and enterprise applica
