About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Accountancy Faculty to teach Class 11th and 12th Commerce students of Bihar Board and UP Board. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, a student-centric teaching approach, and the ability to create engaging academic content aligned with board curriculam.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver high-quality and engaging Accountancy classes for Class 11th and 12th students of Bihar Board and UP Board.
Simplify accounting concepts and ensure conceptual clarity among students.
Prepare students for school examinations and board examinations through effective teaching methodologies.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide continuous academic support.
Content Development
Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the Bihar Board and UP Board syllabus.Create high-quality class notes, assignments, worksheets,
question banks, and practice materials.
Contribute to the development of book content and other academic resources for Accountancy.
Regularly update content based on curriculum revisions and examination patterns.
Assessment & Evaluation
Design and evaluate tests, quizzes, assignments, and mock examinations.
Analyze student performance and provide actionable feedback.
Track student progress and implement improvement strategies where required.
Student Mentorship
Guide students in academic planning and board examination preparation.
Mentor students to improve problem-solving abilities and exam-writing techniques.
Foster a positive and motivating learning workplace.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.B.Com, M.Com, CA (Inter), CMA, or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in
