Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring and consistently achieve hiring targets.
Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skill Set
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
Hands-on experience in bulk/mass hiring.
Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
Experience in campus recruitment and hiring drives.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Recruitment reporting and dashboard preparation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
