About the Role
We are looking for a Management Trainee – Sales & Client Servicing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, account management, and client servicing.
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Sales and Client Servicing teams to support client engagement, campaign execution, lead generation, and day-to-day account management. This role offers comprehensive exposure to international B2B marketing, client relationship management,
and business development while providing structured learning and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Assist in identifying and researching prospective clients across global markets.
* Support lead generation and outbound prospecting activities.
* Maintain and update CRM with prospect and client information.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and outreach campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales pipeline.
Client Servicing
* Support the Client Servicing team in managing client accounts and ongoing campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
* Track campaign deliverables and maintain project documentation.
* Assist in preparing client reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
* Help ensure a seamless client experience by responding to routine requests and coordinating follow-ups.
