? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Telecaller for a permanent full-time position in Noida Sector 63. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective buyers, understanding their property preferences, sharing details, and scheduling site visits for our sales team.
? Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Perform outbound calling to prospective buyers/investors and handle incoming client inquiries.
Client Engagement: Present project highlights, locations,



pricing plans, and amenities convincingly over the phone.
Lead Management: Follow up regularly with potential buyers and maintain precise lead logs in CRM / MS Excel.
Site Visit Booking: Convince clients and coordinate site visits with the field sales team.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily calling quotas and weekly site visit targets.
? Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate Telecalling, BPO, or Telesales.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Key Skills: Active listening, persuasive sales techniques, and effective objection-handling abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, basic computer usage, and phone/CRM operations.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (High School) / Any Bachelor’s Degree.
