This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify and attract high-caliber talent while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver critical hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche hiring mandates across Product, Technology, Delivery, Sales, Consulting, and Business functions.
Execute targeted headhunting, competitor mapping, and talent intelligence initiatives to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and define effective talent acquisition strategies.
