Role Overview
This is a high-impact role that works directly with the Co-Founder & CEO on the company's most strategic priorities. As a Senior Associate - Founder's Office, you will help transform ideas into execution by driving initiatives across business development, fundraising, strategic planning, and operational excellence.




From preparing investor materials and client proposals to leading cross-functional projects and supporting executive decision-making, you'll play a critical role in helping the leadership team execute faster and more effectively.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex business problems, and aspire to build leadership capabilities in a rapid-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development
Prepare client proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate proposal submissions and ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Track the business development pipeline and monitor key opportunities.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support business growth initiatives.
Support strategic account planning and assist leadership in enterprise sales pursuits.
