The SAP IDM (Identity Management) role is crucial to our organization as it focuses on managing users and their access within the SAP environment. As part of the IT team, this role plays a key part in ensuring the security and efficiency of our SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing SAP IDM solutions to manage user access and provisioning.
- Developing and configuring IDM workflows and rules.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather IDM requirements.
- Supporting the integration of SAP IDM with other systems.
- Good experience as a developer in Java, JavaScript and MS SQL
- Good understanding of developing web/Cloud based applications and working experience with Rest API, SOAP API
- Performing SAP security assessments and implementing necessary controls.
- Identifying and resolving IDM system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Creating and maintaining IDM documentation and training materials.
- Participating in IDM system upgrades and enhancements.
- Providing technical support and guidance to end users.




- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on IDM-related projects.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of IDM processes and access controls.
- Monitoring and analyzing IDM system usage and user behaviors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP IDM implementation and support.
- In-depth understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming for IDM customization.
- Robust knowledge of user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Experience in integrating SAP IDM with HR and identity sources.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot IDM issues effectively.
