ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
The incumbent would be responsible for growth of Branch Banking business top-line in the cluster under his / her control
He / She would be responsible for execution of business plans in his/her cluster and providing cluster specific inputs to Regional Head while chalking out the business plan Ujjivan wide for Branch Banking
The incumbent to understand the market and competitor dynamics in the cluster and take adequate response / proactive measures to counter
Responsible for working closely with product and marketing team to drive suitable branding and marketing activities in his/her respective cluster.
Responsible for recruiting and motivating team to perform at optimum levels in the cluster
Responsible for Operational controls in the branches from the compliance and audit point of view
Responsible for building and maintaining dealer relationships in the Cluster

Owns the total liability incremental budget of the assigned Cluster.
Responsible for achieving fee targets of cross-sell products like trade, forex, CMS, POS, TPP.
Tracking the Cross sell TPP, POS, QR, Payment Gateway, CMS, Net Banking, OD etc. which helps in value build up.
Ensure product mix for sale of high value variants & quality of acquisition.
Hiring of direct reportees as per assigned manpower budget.

Responsible for allocation of business targets on periodic basis market potential and capability of Branch Managers in the cluster, branch, with the objective to meet and exceed targets assigned for the cluster
